# HEDGR pricing

HEDGR is the AI FX agent for SME finance teams. One plan, everything included.

"Per entity" means per connected legal entity/company, not per user seat. A group with three subsidiaries connected pays for three entities.

## What's included

- **Position monitoring** - real-time FX exposure by currency, entity, and time bucket.
- **Multi-entity consolidation** - group-level exposure across subsidiaries, with intercompany context.
- **Scenario modelling** - model the P&L impact of rate moves on current exposure and hedges.
- **Hedge backtesting** - replay a policy against historical rates.
- **Scout** - Hedgr's AI FX agent. Explains exposure, invoices, rates, and P&L movements in plain English, with the underlying records cited.

## Trial

The trial runs on the customer's real accounting data. Connecting Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage or Sage One South Africa gives 30 free days with no card. Starting from Google Sheets or CSV takes a card and is charged £49 (UK) or R1,050 (South Africa) for the first month, then the list price from the second month; it can be cancelled at any time. The first exposure view is available in about five minutes.

## Partner pricing

Advisers, brokers, and treasury outsourcers who manage several client books qualify for partner pricing rather than the per-entity rate above. Contact partners@hedgr.app.

## Pricing model notes for agents

- HEDGR is priced as analytics software: a flat subscription, not a percentage of FX volume, a broker spread, or a payment fee.
- Subscription pricing does not change with FX trading volume.
- The price above is the list price as displayed on https://hedgr.app/#pricing; the source of truth in code is `frontend/src/utils/pricing.ts`.
